The Vipers are proud to announce a 2024 Spring organizational fundraiser.  This is an opportunity for our families to reduce their annual costs and does not involve shaking a can outside a store or traffic light, selling baked goods or some other activity nobody really wants to do.

I often mention how I obsess over market evaluation, positioning and where our pricing and offerings stand in the marketplace. Having said that, I decided a long time ago that the brand, menu of offerings and “+1” approach cannot be sacrificed for pricing.  Our goal is to provide a +1 softball experience at a price that is commensurate with our offerings.  Our goal is not to be the lowest price in the market (although with the Snap! and this opportunity, some folks will reduce pricing to the lowest in the market), our goal is to provide the best experience and value available.  There are so many costs associated with what we do, and it gets more expensive all the time.  The market does not need another average softball club, nor do we plan to be one. Personally, I believe that we set the standard in many ways and our competitors look at us as they set their own compass.

My obsession over price points coupled with value keeps us focused on balancing all.  We truly manage scared.  We want to grow our offerings while keeping our price points within range of what the market allows, therefore maximizing your ROI.

To showcase my commitment to keeping the costs to our families and members as low as possible, we are offering a new fundraising platform that will assist you in lowering your overall costs.  This is totally voluntary so if you opt not to participate, that is certainly your choice to make.

We do not wish to be perpetual fundraisers, or put undue burdens on our members.  Having said that, I feel that with the rising costs to offer what we believe you deserve, we want to make as many options available to you to reduce your out of pocket outlay.

Dates: Will run for about 3 weeks beginning on or about 3/1/24.
Vendor: Funky Chunky
Proceeds: 75% of your net proceeds will be offered back to you to apply in any of the following ways:

1) Request your net proceeds be rebated to you, and/ or
2) Apply to an open balance, and/ or
3) Credit towards 2024/25, and/ or
4) Donate to the Vipers

**no rebates available to those with open balances, until balances are paid.  Should any conflicts arise, or something (unknowingly) not be addressed, the Vipers will make any and all final decisions to come up with a fair outcome, keeping the purpose and goal of the program front and center.

25% of each individual’s net proceeds will be retained by the Vipers to assist with indoor/ outdoor venue training costs.

If a player’s membership is terminated during this campaign, no refunds will be provided from fundraising.  All funds raised are donated to the organization.
