The 14U Black team was invited to participate in the Sun Classic Fall Showcase at Disney’s Wide World of Sports October 28th-30th.   As an organization, we have long held the theory that we should not have to go on an airplane to develop our kids or play very competitive softball.   These kids chose not to do Nationals or any extended trips in 2018 Spring/ Summer seasons to build up for this type of special event.

This will officially be a “dip our toe in the water” for these types of events.  We like to keep the evolving costs of participation as low as we possibly can, this is an event this team has targeted and will be a great benchmark for our program.

The kids have smiled a bit when they say they get to miss school and see Disney World during their downtime.
